From 17 to 23 November 2025, the 29ᵉ European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities (SEEPH) returns throughout France.
An essential event to raise awareness around access to employment for all.
At AEROCAMPUS, inclusion is not just a principle - it's an ongoing process, carried out on a daily basis with our learners, our teams and all the public we welcome.
Our Team Ref'Handicap fully embodies this commitment: a collective mobilised to advance access to training and employment for all.
The Ref'Handicap Team acts every day to favour the integration of people with disabilities within AEROCAMPUS.
His role? To support, inform and develop practices.
Personalised support
Each situation is unique. Our team helps to identify and implement the necessary adaptations: accessibility of premises, adaptation of working hours, specific tools or technical support.
Information and awareness-raising
Training teams, spreading good practice and changing the way people look at disability. Team Ref'Handicap centralises information and shares existing schemes.
Monitoring and compliance
Alongside the HR department, it ensures that legal obligations relating to the employment of people with disabilities are met, while supporting departments in their approaches.
Because diversity and performance go hand in hand, we believe that an inclusive training and working environment benefits everyone.
In an aerospace sector where precision, collaboration and innovation are essential, welcoming all skills is a strength.
From 17 to 23 November, it's the European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities - a key time to learn more about the realities of disability and find out about good practice for inclusion at work.
At AEROCAMPUS, inclusion isn't just a word: it's a collective, concrete approach.
Our Team Ref'Handicap organises exchange time, games and role-playing to help everyone better understand the day-to-day lives of people with disabilities.
Because learning to see differently is already moving towards a more inclusive world.
