Initially signed in January 2024, this agreement aims to enhance the attractiveness of aeronautical professions, support the employability of young people and structure sustainable cooperation between industry and training.
This collaboration incorporates key issues in the aeronautical sector: passing on skills, recruiting new talent and supporting work-study programmes. In 2025, the partnership extends with concrete high-impact actions:

✔️ Studying the opening of a dedicated class of Babcock apprentices,
✔️ Organise seminars on our Latresne campus for the benefit of Babcock
✔️ Participate together in recruitment events
✔️ Train and recruit to meet the challenges of the aerospace industry
