AEROCAMPUS and Babcock France strengthen their partnership to train tomorrow's aeronautical talent

AEROCAMPUS, a major player in aeronautical training, is renewing its strategic partnership with Babcock France, a company specialising in aerial missions. Initially signed in January 2024, this agreement aims to enhance the attractiveness of aeronautical professions, support the employability of young people and structure sustainable cooperation between industry and training.

A structuring partnership between training and business

This collaboration incorporates key issues in the aeronautical sector: passing on skills, recruiting new talent and supporting work-study programmes. In 2025, the partnership extends with concrete high-impact actions:

✔️ Offering immersions for our trainers at the Babcock site

✔️ Welcoming apprentices to our teams

✔️ Studying the opening of a dedicated class of Babcock apprentices,

✔️ Organise seminars on our Latresne campus for the benefit of Babcock

✔️ Participate together in recruitment events

✔️ Train and recruit to meet the challenges of the aerospace industry

The renewal of this partnership reflects the shared desire to anticipate the skills needs of the sector. Through this alliance, AEROCAMPUS is affirming its role as a technical training platform serving companies in the sector.
