Created in 2011 at the initiative of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, AEROCAMPUS Nouvelle-Aquitaine is now a major international player in training and professionalisation in aeronautical maintenance.
As part of our expansion we are looking within the HSE department for a HSE work-study student in final year of a bachelor's or master's degree in HSE for a 1-year apprenticeship contract only.
Mission 1: Leading and driving the HSE approach
- Participating in leading and monitoring the HSE COPIL: planning meetings, drawing up agendas, drafting minutes, monitoring action plans.
- Contributing to the updating of the Document Unique d'Evaluation des Risques Professionnels (DUERP) and monitoring the associated action plan.
- Leading the assessment of chemical risks (SDS, colibrisk, etc.) and incorporating the results into the DUERP.
- Participating in the prevention of occupational risks: assessment, monitoring, drafting prevention plans, safety protocols, etc.
- Carry out internal QSE audits and on-site safety visits; contribute to the analysis of incidents/accidents and the organisation of evacuation drills.
- Contribute to raising awareness and training employees in HSE issues (safety, environment, quality of life at work).
Mission 2: Manage HSE documents and media
- Update documented information in line with regulations and internal practices (procedures, safety sheets, displays, etc.).
- Participate in the creation of communication and training media (posters, e-learning, presentations, etc.).
- Contribute to the development of the company's HSE policy.).
Mission 3: Monitoring and continuous improvement
- Monitoring indicators and updating dashboards.
- Proposing continuous improvement actions based on field findings, audits or employee feedback.
- Participating in HSE regulatory monitoring.
Mission 4: Help roll out the CSR project
- Support the HSE department with the roll-out of the CSR project and its associated progress indicators
- Actively participate in the construction of a CSR policy and roadmap
- Contribute to the analysis of stakeholder expectations on CSR topics, and identifying issues that are relevant to the association
- Participate in steering the CSR committee (reporting and planning) under the responsibility of its manager
- Monitor CSR regulations
